June 2023 - Matt writes, directs, and stars in a magic-theatre hybrid show about labels and realizing your true identity. The show was produced by Constellation Arts, sponsored by McGarr Realty, and presented at the In the Soil Festival with Suitcase in Point.

May-July 2022 - Matt assists with the coordination of events with the St Catharines Downtown Association (SCDA) as part of their downtown promenade. Events included the GO GREEN Kick-Off, Bloemenmarkt, Fam Jam, and Holi Festival of Colour.

Just Make Something
December 2024 - Matt collaborates with artist Bec Towner to create a workbook to help other artists engage with their creativity. The book will be released December 11, 2024.
September 2022 - Matt self-produces a work-in-progress reading of his original piece, (dis)connection, at Mahtay Cafe in St Catharines. The show has in-kind support from Suitcase in Point.

March 2022 - Matt assists Mike Griffin with the creative direction of Red Bike by Caridad Svich. This is Matt’s second Brock University Mainstage at the Marilyn I. Walker School of Fine and Performing Arts.

December 2021 - Matt creates a magic-theatre hybrid show about the struggles of an artist through the COVID-19 pandemic. The show was a product of his thesis investigation into how magic and theatre can intertwine.

June 2021 - Matt produces a short film on YouTube called “hustle” - an artistic interpretation of the dangers of hustle culture.

April 2021 - Matt plays the role of eccentric billionaire and ailing control freak Bill Basil in Brock University’s Spring 2021 Mainstage Production of Fever/Dream by Sheila Callaghan, the writer of Shameless.
June 2021 - Matt creates two magic performances and posts them on YouTube. Both are card magic routines, devised by Matt.
In Plain Sight/Evil Duo
April 2021 - Matt directs a one-act play called The M Word, written by Alan Ball. The play was prerecorded and presented over the MIWFSPA’s YouTube channel for their annual One Act Play Festival.

March 2021 - Matt writes a short scene called Modern-Day Catastrophe for the Gimme 3 Festival at Brock University in 2021, welcoming first year students into the Dramatic Arts program.

September 2020 - on his 20th birthday, Matthew released his second poetry collection - detailing his journey through depression, friendship, loss, and growth. The collection faces challenging ideologies head-on with a perspective of empathy, fairness, and balance.

November 2020 - Matt writes and directs a two minute scene for the Gimme 3 Festival at Brock University, welcoming first year students into the DART program.

March 2020 - Matthew released a short magic film about the inevitability of change, and how we must learn to accept it and learn from it.
February 2020 - Matthew ran a solo magic show at the Marilyn I. Walker School of Fine and Performing Arts - right in the heart of downtown St. Catharines. The show raised over $600 towards combatting the Australian wildfires.

Illusions
June 2018 - Matthew makes his musical debut in The Wizard of Oz, as the titular character. The show ran for several days with sold-out theatres.

End of the Line
October 2018 - Matt co-stars with Despina Meloha in a short film called End of the Line, directed/written by Carrey Ombaka. The film portrays Danny (Matt) reconnecting with his mother (Despina) after a tragedy strikes the family.
Art Attack Exhibit
February 2018 - Matthew makes his directorial debut, taking on the one-act drama Moon People, written by Aviva Ravel. The play went on to compete in the NTS Drama Festival, where both cast members won awards for their work.

May 2018 - one of Matthew’s poems was featured in Whitby (Ontario)’s annual Art Attack event, as the sole artist in his category.
October 2017 - Matthew released his very first poetry collection, in which he confronts life, meaning, and the value of words; as well as the gravity we give them.
